First check and have Hijack This fix the following item:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {10F5EA40-5315-11D8-9869-0000C5B3C0D1} - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSIKBDEBX.DLL

Restart your computer, and re-run SpyBot. If it still fails to remove n-Case, please post a SpyBot log so that we may see what exactly it is it has trouble removing.

    Good luck,

Thanks, Tony. This time Spybot didnt find n-case, but did find "eBates MoneyMaker" (registry value and program directory). I had Spybot fix them, then rebooted. New log:

O my goodness! I just noticed, in my IE "Tools" menu, Turbo Download is listed. Isnt that one of the bad guys?

    Hi denied_11,

Even if it is, it's only an extra Tool button.
Fix it at will, if that makes you feel better. ;)

    Regards,

    Pieter
