Are my SB and SG been hijacked?

    Hi, my PC are running on win2000 and i'm using spyware blaster, spyware guard and browser hijack blaster. One day, I don't know what happened, all these 3 software plus certain download accellerator software are not functioning. The spyware mentioned are having same error that is 'error 481: invalid picture!'. I try to install a new spyware but it keep rejecting the installation process but allowing other software to be install instead? May I know what's going on? o_O
