Apple has pushed its first Rapid Security Response (RSR). (01-May-2023) The macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261) ⇒ 13.3.1 (a) (22E772610a) undocumented update has been made available. It appears to update the Safari Browser from version 16.4 build 18615.1.26.11.23 to version 16.4 build 18615.1.26.110.1. The macOS update is approximately 309.8 MB and, if not already installed automatically, is best forced through the Apple menu > System Settings… > General > Software Update path. Upon installation, macOS Ventura will require a restart. iOS also has an 85 MB update to 16.4.1 (a) that presumably also updates the Safari Browser. Apple authored release notes are presently doubtful.
No details yet on the Security Updates page (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201222). If they don't plan to post RSR's there, I hope they will create a similar overview for RSR's.
Installed yesterday evening but initially with an error. I almost ended up resetting router. Luckily learned on Google it's a bug on Apple's side. Within an hour or so it got resolved on its own.
