it does have some good points.
i hope the updator in opera 10 works properly with vista and UAC.
if i run the opera 9.64 installer from my limited user account it will give a uac prompt for admin rights to install but then (if i let it) it would install to the admin's account.
to do an upgrade install i have to change my limited user account to admin logoff,start opera installer use "upgrade" option then change back to limited user and log out and back in.

same thing happened with older builds of the version 10 bultin updator. since its still in alpha it could still be fixed and really hope it is before final.
