This can match all of MS Office's capabilities (not 99% of em, all of em)?

The big difference between MS Office and all of the Office compatible suites is Outlook. I really like Outlook for email and appointment management. From what I remember Apache OpenOffice was fine for creating/editing Word compatible documents. I've also used Softmaker OpenOffice and would recommend that you have a look at it too. None of the suites work exactly the same as MS Office. I think you have to try them to see if one meets your needs.

Pff this sucks. Compatibility with MS Office is important, as every business ever uses it. So if u use this, u send em the word document, they open with MS Office and it looks completely different, just won't happen. Word is not like PDF, it can look totally diff, even on diff versions of MS office, yet alone diff software.

Much prefer LibreOffice over Apache. It just seems more finished. I don't use Outlook or download mail so it isn't a problem. Actually, between the free office suites, none of them can compare to the free WPS office, but that's off topic here.

LibreOffice became too heavy and slow I made the switch to Apache OpenOffice.
