    I too had some really bad experience, concerning their support. Most of all because they refer you to a webpage, which btw you already read, for a solution to your problems. I'm however still registered, but I won't use it anymore.
    As for KAV you ask them a question and within 24h they respond.
    That's what I call customer service, so I'm glad to pay for it. :)

    Think I'll be looking for a good AV program pretty soon.............
