anyone using zone alarm pro

    i am getting a message everyday regarding vsmon lock up server

    i follow the instructions given on that zone labs page regarding

    vsmon lock up server but no help and i also have done clean install

    but the same problem exists can anyone help ?

    By clean install, do you mean with the settting /clean for the un-install in the ZAP folder?

    Also after un-installing did you see if there are any files in c:\winnt\internet logs left behind, also vsdant.sys is left behind by Zone Alarm in the hidden devices under device manager, did you clean that out as well?
