Last time I tried SlimCleaner, I discovered CCleaner + CCEnhancer to find more junk.

After having used CCleaner + CCEnhancer and DiskMax for about 9 months,
I am done with the rest Disk Cleaners.

    SlimCleaner has good reviews online:

    From the last link:
SlimCleaner has an option to install a portable version too.

SlimCleaner installs a context menu which lets you upload any file (up to 50 MB) to be scanned by three antivirus programs - Avira, Avast, and F-Prot.

SlimCleaner unfortunately can open your default browser with administrative rights.

    SlimCleaner

    (1) Includes an Eraser Tool that allows the user
to Right-Click and Securely Delete Files/Folders.

    (2) Includes a File Scan Right-Click, which is handy, too.

    CCleaner lacks the above features.
