Looks pretty crude. Was A.A. Fussy the head programmer? :D

I started using PostBox Express since moving to Win 7 full time. It's a Thunderbird derivative with a prettier face.

Heho don't dong the bell! The guy is able to embrass this forum and begin to post about the dozens new programs he "builds" and freely offers every week... We have much anough of jcorliss's around here nowadays! But I would take some more geena's and son's of Spy! You comment did bring back some memories !

I actually downloaded one of his podcasts last year. Couldn't understand a word he said. To be fair, I think he has a disability of some kind, so I kind of feel guilty about ragging on the guy.

Actually, i like Truly mail and have dumped thunderbird in favour(spelled canadian style :D ) of it. The client is very responsive and my gmail and hotmail accounts were setup in no time. Can't say these things about thunderbird ;)

I will provide more info on Trulymail as i go along. Answers to a few of my questions.

Even though i don't think it's needed (strength)at this point in time,
Another feature i like is the automatic sending and receiving of receipts (trulymail only) which you can view in the sent mail folder as you can see by the included image.

The client can be password protected upon opening and once selected, will update and install through the client interface.

    More thoughts on Trulymail .......

If you've sent an email to another Trulymail user and want to add/edit something, you can "recall" the mail (delete it from the server) as long as it hasn't been received by the contact.

If your like me, some emails i delete upon reading. Others i save and Trulymail gives you the ability to add "notes" to your saved mail. Very handy feature.

yes, i think its something on your end - either firewall or MBAM or do you use a proxy?? I've never had a problem connecting with the server or being dis-connected.

I mentioned your problem to John from trulymail support and provided the link to this thread. He said he registered here and posted here but it's not showing up for some reason. He asked me to say that you can contact trulymail here at support@TrulyMail.com and they will try and help. Anyone else feel free if you have questions for them as well.

Proof, Link, screenshot of this conversation? Something? Without it this is just another bogus accusation.

Ok so you have beef with TrulyMail because they wont say their last name, but you will link to a privacy group with only 400 members that have absolutely no proof of experience or identity. Great concept.

Not a vast oversimplification. A point that you tried to make got turned on you based on your own logic. It goes both ways. Like I said get some reputable sources. You said TrulyMail is suspicious because they wont say their last name or show source code. TheBat doesnt show source code as well as numerous other email clients. Does that make the rest suspicious as well? What about your sources? They dont state who they are or what qualifications they have? They must be suspicious as well.
