anyone has tried norton partition magic

    they are very much similar. Its a kind of taste, I find PMagic easy. With PMagic actually you only need the two-rescue diskette the program creates during installation that’s all. after that you can say to Pmagic good bye (unistall it) and use the two diskettes only. I have been using them for about two years

    I recommend 7tools Partition Manager 2005.
    Small and not bloated partition manager. I really like it. Works great too (i was merging almost full partition with unpartitioned space on-the-fly in Windows) :)

    Not smaller than two diskettes. insert 1st>you'll be prompt to insert 2nd and thats it. All the benefit of Pmagic(you can get these diskettes from the demo PMagic v8.0. No installation, no change in your registry. once finished>remove the diskette> reboot(ctrl+alt+del).
