I know the problem was reported in these forums over 10 months ago, any progress since then??
Yes I reported this and haven't heard anything since. So has it been implemented yet.
I guess not.
They ought to think about considering many motherboards come with gigabit cards as standard. So quite a few people will running throttled networks without knowing it.
It cannot be implemented in v4 due to technical limitations of the NDIS driver used. However, it should work as expected with the new driver that is currently in the works.
it will be then in v5, is that correctly understood/interpreted?
So if you're running a gigabit network don't use smart security until V5
I have been wondering when this will be fixed as well?
To my best knowledge, Jumbo frames should be supported in v5.
