Any thoughts about Norascan from NoraLabs?

I searched here and found some old posts about it. Can't bring that post forward, so here is a new one.

Seems "they" say they are an American company, but I can't find anything who, what ,and where about them. They keep updating the program. Is anyone using this program in the field on a regular basis?

Only older user comments in Softpedia's comments. Many of the changelogs are updating bugs, so now it maybe straightened out by now??


I did a right click scan with Mac Dr Web Light and it came up as a backdoor trojan. Then did a VT scan and all can up ok. Must be FP as we all know a lot of security software comes up as FP because of cloud upload service built in IE backdoor sig hit.

 

Looks like these guys will be going out of business, no one uses it.
