Hi everyone. I own ZAPro (6.5.737). One shortcoming I've noticed with this program is when it comes to dealing with https connections. Rather than getting involved and trying to do something when such a connection is encountered, it rather seems to prefer to just pretend that they don't exist. Is there any programs that any of you recommend that can be used in combination with ZA that'll jump into action when encrypted https connections are being made to and from your system, that will not only alert you to it, but may even provide you some options like the ZA Privacy tab does for http connections (you can chose to allow or disallow cookies, java script, vb scripts, active x, for each website you open).

This is a quesiton that has been bothering me for quite some time. Figured I'd get the nerve and finally come here and post it. Thanks for your help all.

Your browser should alert you to encrypted connections. Mine does (K-meleon).

IMO the *best supplement* for any software firewall is --- a router.
