Any Option to Delete Spam

I have Eset put Spam in a folder named SPAM. However, is there any option to have Eset delete known spam instead of put it in spam?

I am not talking about everything marked as Spam but only the emails that the user has marked as spam.

If noit, I think this would be a good feature to add. I do have to spend time going through my Spam Box to see if I missed any legit emails. I would just assume delete the ones that I have manually marked as Spam.

I cant create a rule in Outlook to do this since it would delete everything in the SPAM foilder.

Even if this isnt possible, does anyone have any other suggestions for managing SPAM?

There are currently no options in the ESET product to manage the deletion of spam in this manner.
