Antivirus Plus virus

I purchased NOD32 v4 a few days ago but because I had issues with my wireless router I don't think it updated properly. The result is that my laptop is now infected with a virus called Antivirus Plus which prevents me from opening explorer or any web page - it automatically re-routes me to a page of its own. there doesn't seem to be any way to delete the virus and when I ran the scan, NOD32 didn't pick it up as a threat. Has anyone heard of this or know how I can delete it and restore my laptop?

 

Try this Eset Rogue remover

But i couldnt find Antivirus plus in Eset's rogue remover list.
So i think it will not remove that rogue.

Then try Malwarebyte's Antimalware. That will definitly remove that rogue.
