Do any of the AntiVirus Pgms have a bulit-in "ScriptBlocker" that will block WSH (windows scripting host) scripts from executing on the PC?

If your goal is to not have them run at all I have seen many just rename wscript.exe so it does not execute. I have also seen Norton block a lot of scripts, so I assume it has some kind of ability to do so.
