antivirus gold

Not sure where to start. I ended up w/a antivirus gold as a desktop. It is black and my normal desktop is non existant. I go to control and open display and the only thing that is in there is a few screensavers. I know i have an ad issue and cannot seem to beat it. I use mcafee, micro beta spyware, spybott
and se personal.
I know i have a trojan.win32 Top Anti Spyware. Cant seem to shake it.

I'm not one of the professional helpers, but you can try the following programs

Ewido (free anti-trojan) http://www.ewido.net/en/

TDS-3 (trial AT available) http://www.diamondcs.com.au/
TrojanHunter (trial AT available) http://www.trojanhunter.com/

Kaspersky antivirus (trial version available) http://www.kaspersky.com/

there's a few free online AV scanners, including the one from Trend Micro. (sorry don't know the others off the top of my head) http://www.trendmicro.com/en/home/global/enterprise.htm
Of course the scans wont get rid of the problem.

 

just click on my signature (online scans and more) to get a good number of online scans.

also you should go here and follow the instructions and it usually will fix most problems.
