Just wondering if anyone here has tried the program called "Anti Trojan" .
I don't see it anywhere in these forums and was wondering how good or bad a program it is.
    thanks ,
    Frank.

    Hi Paul,
Thanks for the site but I've already been there.
It eliminates all but 6 programs , it explains how it eliminates all the others but does not specify why each of the others were eliminated.
I can't find any site that compares Anti Trojan to other programs .
Not really important , just curious.
    Regards,
    Frank

    Hi Frank,

True indeed. Fact remains, for an (unspecified) reason this software didn't come through - any of the reasons as of why it has been eliminated seems a good one to me ;).

On a side note: since both Tauscan and The Cleaner cannot cope with polymorphic trojans, I wouldn't recommend both of them as the tester has done. But that's another story ;).

    regards.

Makes you wonder about the rest of the test resultso_O?
For now I'll stick with what all of you well informed people suggest until I am able to make educated decisions of my own .
    Thanks,
    Frank

    Frank,

It depends. The results are in essence OK; one could say the test bed could have included polymorphic trojans.

    regards.

Roman runs a very nice site indeed - although in German (obvious as it is) ;).
