First, I would like to say hello to everyone. I visited the site before, but have never had any problems that I couldn't fix myself. I'm good with building computers, websites, and problem solving, but this offeroptimizer pop-up has me running around on my PC without a fix.

I believe it has something to do with the R0 & R1 websearch.drsnsrch.com/sidesearch, but I would rather ask then take the time to reinstall windows.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again!

    I've used Spybot S&D & Ad-aware. Log attached.

Any help or do you know of a site that has directions to remove this from the registry? Thanks!

Thanks for the help! Here's my fresh log. Now how does this look? Also, I had my files and folder viewable, but I didn't see a few of the files and folders to delete.

What is this, I see it has something .spop? I know it's a plugin, but good or bad?
