We know what comes next: Facebook will argue that losing a lot of our data means bad third-party actors are the real problem that we should trust Facebook to make more decisions about our data to protect against them. If history is any indication, that’ll work. But if we finally wise up, we’ll respond to this latest crisis with serious action: passing America’s long-overdue federal privacy law (with a private right of action) and forcing interoperability on Facebook so that its user/hostages can escape its walled garden.

No matter what Zucky and his Fakebook posse does or don't do, nor how many ways and means he finds to screw over the herd, you can bet all or most will never leave, unless he banhammers them...and even then, they will be desperately trying to return to the fold via VPN or whatever. Is it Fakebook addiction?

Yeah, I told Besos to "sit on it Ralph" years ago...don't mean people are abandoning Amazon in droves. A malcontent leaving (or getting exiled) here or there don't mean squat to Besos or Zucky. If Zoidberg can afford to ban as many as he has been, it should be clear he has soooo many idiots on the Fakebook hook....a hundred or a hundred thousand less is small potatoes.
