Thanks Ron...i have been aware of the cookie from hell for years and like to think i have avoided it........but, being humane i have no doubt that i messed up on at least one occasion, so how do we search for it...........i am thinking it is hidden, if it is on my machine.......also do we have to reset to zero after every boot?

Rainwalker, If you use Firefox you may like to try the CustomizeGoogle Extension - it has the functionality built in. :)
