Anon/Proxies what you didn't know, maybe

    Noticed numbers of remarks about anon/proxy servers located outside peoples home countries, and in particular how this can make them safe from prosecution in their own country.

    Well it might, depends.

    In the UK a law was passed a few years ago, which now allows UK citizens who break UK laws in other countries, to be tried in the UK for them !

    Obviously this rests on those servers getting ceased etc, and not being securely encrypted etc, and the data then passed on to the authorities in your country. Who may or may not, have the time/means to evaluate it. Also it could depend on what data it was. Plus if your country has such a law.
