    Great summary. Although I wouldn't vote for Mint due to security reasons.
    OH yeah, XFCE is truly underrated.

    best distro is the one that works for you.trial and error.

    Lumina is the ugly swan of lightweight desktops. Being QT based, it can run KDE applications.

    A long way to go before its polished but now in the 1.0 version, it finally feels like a mature desktop. Its rival would be LXQT.
