Great summary. Although I wouldn't vote for Mint due to security reasons. OH yeah, XFCE is truly underrated.
Lumina is the ugly swan of lightweight desktops. Being QT based, it can run KDE applications. A long way to go before its polished but now in the 1.0 version, it finally feels like a mature desktop. Its rival would be LXQT.
