Apparently, it's a re-release because of the recent problems with the site hosting the software.

 

Yeah, sorry, that was my mistake. I had gotten excited about the possibility of **Beta 11** being released this week and going directly right to the RC from there.

Now, however, there will be a Beta 12 which won't have any kind of a fixed release schedule (i.e., it will be released when it's released).

 

Isn't that the second time they've rushed a v4 beta? They sound desperate. (though I think needing 10+ betas is somewhat crazy too).

 

This particular re-release was by portableapps.com and wasn't from Mozilla itself.
