    Hello,

I just finished installing True Image Home 2009.

After restarting the pc after the installation I proceeded to start true image.
When the splash screen loaded it took 15 minutes to analyze the partitions on my two hard drives. My OS is vista ultimate and my hard drives are 250gigs and 150 gigs.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Karl

In addition, Acronis True Image Home will...

    It sounds good :)

    Note:
I assumed that ONLY the FIRST start after installing had the delay and every following start were normal...
I obviously had been mistaken ;) Sorry.

I've seen the Distributed Link Tracking Client service cause that too. Sometimes it only affects TI the first time or at random times. Other times, it affects it every time.
