    Hello,

I have a problem. When I try to go to Setup => Enter Advanced Setup I get this error

Is this a known issue? Any fix? I can't edit the setup this way ...

    OS: Windows XP SP3
    NOD version: V5 (0.93.0)

    Thanks

Can you reproduce this at any time? Was it a fresh installation of v5 or you installed it on top of an older version?

I can reproduce it at any time. It happens every time. The only difference sometimes is that the screen freezes vs it shuts completly down (I have to restart ESET by clicking on the icon)
    It is a fresh installation.

Have you tried contacting customer care? I, for one, have never seen or run into this kind of error.

    Hello,

Do you have any other security software installed on your computer which could be interfering with ESET NOD32 Antivirus? Not necessarily antivirus software, but something else? (HIPS, antiphishing, antikeylogger, sandboxing/virtualization, and so forth)

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky
