Just purchased a license, received the email a minute later, and with anticipation went to the url. Cannot find server. Tried the other url.
Cannot find server. Went to the home page and navigated to the download page with user name and password at the ready. Cannot find server.
Tried the mirror button. Cannot find server.

And each time returned to my home page, refreshed, no problem.

I don't have a secret decoder ring, so I'll try again later. But this was unexpected.

Thanks for the quick reply puff-m-d,

I can reach the download page, but the download button results in the server not found msg. I tried a short download from another site, no problem.

Contacted support and reported my problem.

Am using the MVPS hosts file, so I will try the standard hosts after a reboot.
No joy with the hosts file.

Do you have a popup blocker, as a popup Window appears where you will have to place in your Username and Password to download the commercial version of Nod32.

    Cheers :D

    Thanks Blackspear,

But no, I have no popup blocker. The buttons for 'download' 'mirror' and 'manual' do not work - I get 'server not found'.

And, so far, no response to my problem report by Eset.

OK, we are talking a different area, you will need to download and install the "standard" version of Nod32 for a "Single" user PC. As you are seeing "Mirror" you have installed the Admin version.

    Cheers :D

    MichaelJH,

Try the download page on our site - I changed the download locations to IP addresses while this nameserver issue persists on Eset's end....

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. In the end, it was a DNS problem.
Rumpstah, thanks! Also to the San Diego Eset office operator Stephanie.
And to Eset support for acknowledging a minor problem on their DNS server.

I was in the right place, doing the right thing. DNS was lost in space.

NOD32 installed smoothly, plays well with the other programs, and was worth the slight inconvenience.
