An Error occured during download

    Hi

    I am using ESET SMART SECURITY 4, I got this problem An error occurred during download, User name pass is ok and just been updating till yesterday.. why is that so?

    Could you post the complete error message from the ESS Event log? I assume you're already connected to the Internet and you're able to browse sites fine. Just to make sure, you don't use an additional firewall besides ESS?
