Amon.sys boot/usage beheaviour

    While inspecting my PC beheaviour at startup, trying to cut down boot time required, I went through a Bootvis pass and stated amon.sys sucking/delaying startup quite a bit.
    If you look at the picture attached you'll notice that as soon as boot is complited (vertical line) amon.sys starts sucking resources.
    Is this by design?
