Amending/ Addon Image to a True Image file?

    Is it possible to make an addon image to an already images acronis file? I would like to make changes and amend them in WINDOWS. maybe add a couple of files to the image etc?

    Unless I am totally missing your point, you can create an incremental image which just records changed sectors since the previous file by choosing "Incremental" as your backup type in the create wizard.
