A few thoughts:

• Disable all possible sharing/history options for your Amazon account and be on the lookout for any other opt-out opportunities
  
• Considering limiting what things you purchase from Amazon.
• Consider researching products at other sites with no links to Amazon.
  
• Block third-party requests to Amazon hosts when visiting other sites. Watch for first-party looking hosts resolving to Amazon IP Addresses.
• Block all persistent storage mechanisms for Amazon. Only allow first party session cookies [while you are placing an order].
• Take steps to protect against any client IP Address based tracking mechanisms. Keep your public IP Address changing and make use of anonymization proxies/networks
• Avoid apps and app platforms that prevent defensive steps, that send an "advertising ID" and/or WiFi based geolocation, etc.
