Amazing support from privacyware.

Would just like to say i have made some enquiries about privatefirewall to privacyware and i am absolutely astounded by the 100% support given by a mr greg salvato.
I enquired about stealthing the privatefirewall ports about an hour ago and i have just received an incredible personal response from mr salvato.
This is truly fantastic and i have NEVER experienced such a quick and brilliant response.
If only all support was this good and im truly humbled to have received it.

Maybe they never received your mail. Their support has always been great for me.

 

I've always found Privacyware's support to excellent as well. Awhile back, I had some issues with PFW, and Greg Salvato bent over backwards to help me out. Top notch for sure..
