I purchased Nod32 on 9/6 and received my purchase confirmation but no second email with the serial number. Per the website I submitted a claim and was informed that I would receive help within 24 hours. Well 24 hours has passed and I re-subitted the claim. Still no service. I paid 39.00 for antivirus protection and got nothing. I hate to have a chargeback issued since I would like to use this program, but what else can I do?!!!!!!!!!
