Almost half of leading websites fail security and privacy tests

    I don't know if sears.com belongs to Internet of Things companies, but perhaps that is why my account keeps getting hacked. Although, of course it has to do with the stupid alpha-numeric limitation that they have on customers' passwords. However, it would be interesting to know what websites belong to Internet and Things companies.

    Also, I tried looking it up here: http://iofthings.org/#home but only saw the names of a few companies.

    P.S. Also, it's embarrassing when you have to tell a technical rep that they need https on the page that you're entering your password on and not just the page that appears after you enter your password. :(
