allowing suspicious program

    hi,

    i have a program which is suspicious for anti virus programs n i need it to be allowed
    everytime i open its folder, the program is automaticaly sent to quarentine n i have to desible the protection while i use it
    i need to how how to make its folder reliable for the anti virus

    Have you tried adding the .exe to the exclusions in advanced set up?

    philby is correct. Add the .exe to the exclusions.

    yeah this time it worked, but the first time i did it, when i only had the antivirus installed, it didn't work
