The server is Windows Server 2008 R2.
We need a rule that will allow the access of 50 computers (IP Addresses known) but blocks any other computer.
Is such a rule at all possible in Windows Firewall with Advanced Security ?
    Thanks, Anadin

    Sure it is.

    Go at the inbound rules
    Click on the "New Rule"
At the step "Rule type" select "Custom"
......modify the program and protocol settings according to your needs...
At the step "Scope", "Which remote IP adresses this rule apply to?" select "These IP adresses" and add the IP adresses you want.
At the step "Action" select "Allow the connection"
....select the profiles you want this rule to apply
    .... give a name/description at your rule
    and you are done.

    hope it helps,
    Panagiotis

ps. if you want to block all the other incoming connections (Even the default windows rules) just disable every other rule inbound rule.
