    The article also says "The volume of crypto payments to ransomware attackers is on track for its second-biggest annual total on record".

    Countries signing a pledge is as useful as an ashtray on a motor bike.
    Individual companies, whose very existence may be threatened, will pay up in a minute.
    If you live in the real world, and not with your snout in the public trough, then your views are a little different.
