    Hi snowbound!
Registry seems to be OK according to your link, but still All programs doesn't respond. Anymore clues? Thanks!

I'm afraid i don't but for the benefit of others does a blank list appear or no list at all?

Did they install anything just prior to this problem starting?

    Recent registry editing?

    Hi
Nothing appears. "All programs" does not respond

I did recommend Wilders forum to them. On the same day there was a thread about Regseeker, they tried it and I think they have misused it

This could be the problem if any reg entries were removed. Do they still have Regseeker installed? If so, and hopefully the backup option was checked, restore what was deleted ansd see if that helps.
