    can someone tell me what this is? i cant get it to go away and it appeared in my start up folder! ... im positive it shouldnt be there!!! what the heck is it?!?!?!

    Hi lost1,

    It's a monitoring program used by Realtek to gather info about their costumers. Get rid of it!

    It's located in "C:\WINDOWS\" on Windows 95/98/ME/XP and "C:\WINNT\" on Windows NT/2000.
