Again..Kakasoft Folder Protector Problems

    Greeting experts..
    im having a trouble when im trying to recover all my data that have been protected with kakasoft folder protector..:'(

    why is suddenly all my password seems a wrong password? i dont have any password than the one that i used..

    is it because of a bug?
    hopefully anyone in here could help me by giving any logic solution to solve my problem..

    Perhaps a review of the FAQs and User's Guide (bottom of page) could answer your question, until someone who uses your program responds to your post.

    Even if you did not buy it, FAQ #15 - I'm using the trial version. Will you answer my questions? states: Yes. Our customer support is free for all our users.

    Gosh! :eek: Personally I think the name Kakasoft is a bit...:blink: well if you know what Kaka means in several countries then I wouldnt have called yourself that :cautious:

    thnx mod for the feedback.. im sorry...
    after i do some google i found a thread in wilders forum which is similar to my problem.. but i cant reply to that thread coz its too old..
    seems like that guy are already solved his problem finally..
    i really want to know how did he solved it..
    i already sent the email to kakasoft just now..

    You could try sending a PM to the user that had the same problem,perhaps he'll give you the answer.

    they email me a tool which use to decrypt back the encrypted folder..
    its only works when you used to encrypt ur folder with normal encryption level.. but if u encrypt it by using high or ultra level encryption in kakasoft setting, this tool wont help..
