After resizing Win2003 server C: partition, the OS won't load

I took 1 drive that had C: and E: on it, resize the 2 partitions to give C: more. The OS runs through the scrolling bar, but then it just stops. I have no idea what to do now. I'm attaching the log file below. Please help
