I have the free Sandboxie with Win 10 Pro - all up to date. Within SB, I tried to download a PDF. I accepted the usual offer of Quick Recovery. Got message: "This is no longer located in C:\Sandbox\......" I then looked in the sandbox as follows: - Double-click SB icon - Click Sandbox > <name> > Quick Recovery - I can see the PDF - In the path, highlight the PDF - Click "Recover to Same Folder" Again, I get the message: ""This is no longer located in C:\Sandbox\......" Further info: This might be my first actual download since I created a new sandbox based on Bo's instructions here: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/thr...in-chrome-with-sandboxie.429108/#post-2918990 AFAIK: I haven't made any mods to the successful implementation mentioned in the above link. Grantonian, in that post, I suggested not to copy old settings and to only select Thunderbird in Sandbox settings>Applications>EMail reader. But now that you can open links in TB, you want to setup Recovery. I never seen or heard about the message you described but perhaps setting up Recovery is what you need to do. How to do it? Try doing it as you do it for Firefox in other sandboxes, other browsers, like you set it up before. Bo
