Adware Spyware offeroptimizer (Help)

I have been getting all of these extra windows when surfing the net. Usually when I open them up they are blank. So I have to right click to close them they will not go away and they keep coming back. It appears to be some site called Xlime.offeroptimizer.com plus something called Incred something.

I have read the posting by LowWaterMark(administrator) and have followed his instructions.

I downloaded and ran Ad-ware 6.0 per instructions.

I downloaded and ran SpyBot S&D Per instructions.

I ran HiJackThis and saved the log. I have also read up on a lot of the codes, but I am not comfortable at this point to decide which should stay and which should be deleted (or fixed by HiJackThis). So I am asking for your help, and boy do I need it. I am attaching the log from HiJackThis, please let me know what to do from this point. Thanks in Advance!!!!

Thank you for the info on what to remove. I had chosen 2 out of the 3, but was waiting for an expert to tell me which ones to fix. I think the problem has been resolved now.
