ADSL2 Router Security

    I am thinking about selling my ADSL2+Router. But is it safe? I mean, does it contain any sensitive data that I should erase(if possible) before selling?

    There is a label at the back of the device containing the following info:

    Model No: XXX

    Default settings:
    IP: 127.XXX.X.X
    Username: admin
    Password: password

    MAC address: XXXXXXXXX
    Serial No:

    Just make sure you set everything back to "default" or "factory" settings. The labels on the back are the necessary for the new owner to get things going.
