Adobe Reader version 10 released !

The file has been removed; I can't download it, at least.

And, going here http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html you'll see a big figure saying to download Adobe Reader X, but it will take to a page where you'll download version 9.4, though.

 

Yes, I noticed. So does Softepdia (http://www.softpedia.com/dyn-postdownload.php?p=2572&t=4&i=1). Only in English, though. Same for FileHippo.

Others will have to wait for a "new" official release.

According to this blog post by Adobe (http://blogs.adobe.com/adobereader/2010/11/adobe-reader-x-now-available.html), it came out two days ago, but the link, which is same as always, gets us to 9.4 version.

 

The adobe server links that people reported as not working in this thread worked for me .
But why not choose your download directly from the Adobe FTP server ? (De , US , FR , JA)

 

I actually tried to access the ftp site, but it says it is not found. I've tried with web browser and ftp client.

Can you access it?

Access problems ? , a lot of people around here uses very tight security , if no access then temporarily please try more "conservative" security settings.....

 

I am able to access Fiat_Lux's provided ftp link too without any problem.

I'm not sure about other versions, but with Sandboxie 3.46 it will fail to run.

If you disable/uncheck the Protected Mode at startup under Edit--Preferences--General, it will continue to work.
