    Oh my.....
I don't know what to say..........

I am SO much pleased with this news about a new version of ADinf32.

    One of the best file-integrity-checkers.

    Thanks TD for the news !!!!! :D :D :D

How well does this program work with NOD32?

    Hi Ronjor,

I have on my old Windows 98 SE box installed NOD32 resident, BOClean resident, and lots of other AV/AT on-demand.

And ADinf32 Pro (there is a non-Pro and a Pro version) installed.

I can assure you that there is not any problem !
    Why?
ADinf32 is not a resident program (it does NOT run on-access), but you have to run it on-demand.
That being said, it gives you the option to run it automatically at Windows start-up every day at a certain time.

Both versions of ADinf32 are not free.
ADinf32 is made by the same company that makes the AV Dr.WEB.

    I myself run several file-integrity-checkers on-demand.
NISFileCheck, ADinf32 Pro are two of them.

NISFileCheck gives better info and uses a much stronger HASH algorithm.
But, alas (!!!) it is no longer maintained.

For ADinf32 there wasn't published for quite a long time an upgrade.
    That's why I'm so excited ! :)
Lots of things could be said about ADinf32.
I guess that I should have made a thread about it long ago.
You have options to check for which file extensions you like.
It is able to check any file change (change/new added/deleted) on your system.
You can let it use its so-called bios-call, completely by-passing Windows !
It checks whether your master-boot and boot-records are changed.
    The list goes on ;)

Use it together with a registry-integrity-checker like RegRun Gold (and of course your AV, AT, firewall, anti-spyware-program and backup-imaging-program).

    Cheers, Jan.

    Hi TD !

Do you know whether it is advised to install over the top or better first to uninstall the existing ADinf?

Oops, that site is in Russian; I can't read it... ;)

    Thanks :)

    Warm regards, Jan.

I installed it over 3.01 without any problems.

Unfortunately fido’s support site for DrWeb and ADinf is in Russian. I studied Russian in school so I can read and understand some of it. ;)

Once again a big thanks to Technodrome:

I installed version 3.02 over my existing 3.01.
But then I got an error-message that my user key was not valid.
Technodrome told me that you only get free upgrades within one year.
I have to admit that I didn't know that
(I bought my ADinf32 Pro about 2 years ago).

    Here is the info:
