I too was unable to update my Zonealarm antivirus on the 19th (And I had just renewed my yearly subscription a couple of weeks ago!!) My problem is I have been unable to update my antivirus nor even view the web site since. All I get when trying to update the program is "error: Failed to connect". Trying to log on to their website gives me the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I get the same error when trying firefox. Any ideas?? The program is giving me "red action required" signals and I feel helpless and naked!!
