Adding PE to other machines

This morning, I got up and there was a lot...of traffic going over my connection.........and was so frustrating that I couldn't identify what was happening. I traced the traffic to my W2K server.....and checking the router logs, I saw nothing but DNS traffic and there was nothing apparent in the server logs..... I think that I would like to add a second PE to that machine. Do I just buy another copy (I have one on my workstation) for the server or is there another option? Also....is there a feature where I can access the second PE remotely?

I don't know about the remote access of PE, but the license is 1 per computer.
