I read somewhere that ABP blocks redirects. Is that true?

Also, is there a host for ABP filters to add to Blokada? If yes, can provide the link?

    Thanks

No :D It's a PR trick by Adblock Plus. In their announcement they say how it's done: simply by enabling "Fanboy’s Social Blocking List" which has been available for years. That list is also available in uBO, of course, you just have to enable it. Note: Enabling that list is not necessary if you're already using the "Fanboy Annoyances List" as that one already includes the "Social List". The same is true if you're already using the "Fanboy Complete List" or the "Fanboy Ultimate List" as they include the "Annoyances List" and, hence, the "Social List".

I do think that the first versions of ABP didn't offer this feature and probably that's why I started using Ghostery. But yes, it also makes them look a bit silly, how come they are now suddenly focused on it, ridiculous.

Well, the Fanboy list has more than 19,000 filters, the Adguard list about 6,500. Hence, the latter might add to the first but will probably not replace it.
