Adaptec SATA Raid 1210A Support

    Is this popular card going to be supported with TI8? If so any timeline on this. I am trying to work out how I setup my computers and I have two of these cards. Windows recognises them fine. Symantec Ghost 9 seems to like the cards ok as long as you have the boot floppy for the card when booting from CD.

    Thank you for using Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/products/trueimage/).

    We regret to inform you that this card is not supported when you use the full version of Acronis bootable rescue media. The reason is the absence of open source linux drivers for Adaptec controllers.

    The only suggestion is to try to use the safe version of Acronis bootable rescue media.
